Manager - Operations

 Essential Functions: Motivates, leads, and directs employees to achieve a safe, efficient, and cost effective operation Ability to work with minimal supervision Directs, coordinates, and monitors all phases of operation for assigned area(s) Prepares and manages Expense and Maintenance Capital budgets Promotes, develops, and maintains positive customer/client relations Assist in the development, maintain, and adhere to required company trainings, company policies, and procedures Works closely with Gas Control and Commercial to optimize gas receipts and deliveries to meet customer needs Monitors and approves expenses; provides cost control and adherence to approved budgets Adheres to all company safety policies; attends safety meetings and is a Safety Leader Sets annual Goals/Objectives for respective employees and provides annual Performance Reviews Ensures all systems and equipment are operated in compliance with State and Federal Prepares and submits AFEs. Supervises major construction and special projects   EXPERIENCE (and otherqualifications):  At least 10 years of experience in the natural gas field operations and maintenance including compression, pipeline, and measurement Strong understanding of reciprocating natural gas compressor units (Caterpillar/White/Waukesha) Strong understanding of Gathering and Processing well head gas volumes Strong understanding of the Operation and Maintenance of DOT 192 Regulated pipelines Valid driver license  PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external personnel Detail oriented, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong computer skills with an emphasis on MS Office Able to adapt to changing conditions, environments, and processes without issue(s) Strong organizational skills Work in a fast paced environment and display a sense of urgency Identify work priorities and lead team by example Displays good judgment and maintains confidentiality. 1800001627

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
